What SiteMeld is
SiteMeld helps contractors find and request quotes from temporary construction-site service suppliers (skip hire, portable toilets, temporary fencing, storage containers, and welfare units), and helps suppliers list their business and respond to requests. SiteMeld is a directory and matching platform — we are not a party to any contract, quote, or agreement between a contractor and a supplier, and we do not process payments.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of information you submit. A supplier claiming a business listing confirms they are authorised to represent that business.
Quotes and requests
Quotes submitted by suppliers are informational and non-binding on SiteMeld. Accepting a quote through SiteMeld records your intent to proceed with that supplier but does not itself create a binding contract, and does not involve any payment through SiteMeld — any contract, pricing, and payment is a matter between you and the supplier directly.
Directory accuracy
We source business directory listings from public records and public websites, and keep provenance records for each. We don't guarantee that every listing is fully up to date. If you spot incorrect information, please use the "request a correction" link on that listing, or claim it if it's your business.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to scrape, bulk-extract, or programmatically harvest the supplier directory; don't submit false claims, false reports, or spam; don't attempt to circumvent rate limits or other technical safeguards. We may suspend an account or listing that violates these terms.
Liability
SiteMeld is provided "as is". We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not liable for the accuracy of supplier-submitted quotes, pricing, availability, or the quality of any work a supplier performs — that relationship is between you and the supplier.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
